The proposed realisation of the remaining assets is notified to the known heirs by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Objections by the heirs are made to the curator in the same manner.

Le projet de réalisation de l’actif subsistant est notifié aux héritiers connus par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.

L’opposition par les héritiers est faite dans les mêmes formes auprès du curateur.
