New constructions allocated to the main dwelling resulting from demolition operations and reconstitution of the supply of social rental housing demolished under the conditions provided for in articles 6 and 9-1 of law n° 2003-710 of 1st August 2003 on the guidelines and programming for towns and urban renewal and provided for under the agreements mentioned in article 10-3 of the same law may not benefit from the exemptions provided for in articles 1384 to 1384 F of this code when the buildings they replace, within the perimeter of the same priority district defined in the aforementioned agreement, have benefited from one of these exemptions and if the total number of social rental housing units, within the meaning of article L. 302-5 of the French Construction and Housing Code, represents at least 50% of the main residences in the municipality in which these buildings are located.
The provisions of the first paragraph apply to operations to reconstitute demolished housing approved from 1 January 2017.
