Article 1410 of the French Code of civil procedure

The order for an injunction to pay and the application are kept as minutes at the court registry.

If the application is accepted, the court registry gives the applicant a certified copy of the application and the order bearing the executory formula and returns the documents produced.

If the application is rejected, the application and the documents produced are returned to the applicant.

L’ordonnance portant injonction de payer et la requête sont conservées à titre de minute au greffe.

En cas d’acceptation de la requête, le greffe remet au requérant une copie certifiée conforme de la requête et de l’ordonnance revêtue de la formule exécutoire et lui restitue les documents produits.

En cas de rejet de la requête, celle-ci et les documents produits sont restitués au requérant.
