Article 1425-7 of the French Code of civil procedure

When the injunction to act has been complied with within the time limit, the claimant informs the court registry. The case is removed from the roll.

Failing such notification and if the claimant fails to appear at the hearing without a legitimate reason, the court declares the injonction de faire proceedings to have lapsed.

The declaration of lapsing may be revoked if the claimant notifies the registry within a period of fifteen days of the legitimate reason that he would not have been able to invoke in good time. In this case, the parties are summoned to a subsequent hearing.

Lorsque l’injonction de faire a été exécutée dans les délais impartis, le demandeur en informe le greffe. L’affaire est retirée du rôle.

A défaut d’une telle information et si le demandeur ne se présente pas à l’audience sans motif légitime, le tribunal déclare caduque la procédure d’injonction de faire.

La déclaration de caducité peut être rapportée si le demandeur fait connaître au greffe dans un délai de quinze jours le motif légitime qu’il n’aurait pas été en mesure d’invoquer en temps utile. Dans ce cas, les parties sont convoquées à une audience ultérieure.
