The special provisions for claims heard by the judicial courts and courts of appeal specially designated pursuant to Articles L. 211-16 , L. 311-15 and L. 311-16 of the Code de l’organisation judiciaire are set out in Chapter 2 of Title IV of Book I (regulatory part) of the Code de la sécurité sociale.
