Article 1476 of the French Code of civil procedure

The arbitral tribunal shall fix the date on which the deliberation will be pronounced.

During the deliberation, no claim may be made, no plea raised and no exhibit produced, except at the request of the arbitral tribunal.

Le tribunal arbitral fixe la date à laquelle le délibéré sera prononcé.

Au cours du délibéré, aucune demande ne peut être formée, aucun moyen soulevé et aucune pièce produite, si ce n’est à la demande du tribunal arbitral.
