In the event of conciliation, even partial conciliation, a statement of agreement may be drawn up and signed by the parties and the conciliator. The conciliation may also be recorded in a statement signed by the conciliator and one or more of the parties where one or more of them have formalised the terms of the agreement to which they consent in a deed signed by them and drawn up outside the presence of the judicial conciliator; it is then the responsibility of the conciliator to endorse the deed in the statement and append it to the statement.
A report must be drawn up when the conciliation results in the waiver of a right.
A copy of the report is given to each interested party. The judicial conciliator also proceeds, without delay, to deposit a copy at the registry of the judicial court.
