In the case of gamete donation or embryo reception, the recipients are the persons who have given their consent to medically assisted procreation.

The principle of anonymity of the donation does not preclude access by a person of full age born of medically assisted procreation with a third-party donor, at their request, to non-identifying data or to the identity of the third-party donor, under the conditions laid down in Chapter III of Title IV of Book I of Part Two of the Public Health Code.

Article 16-8-1

Dans le cas d’un don de gamètes ou d’un accueil d’embryon, les receveurs sont les personnes qui ont donné leur consentement à l’assistance médicale à la procréation.

Le principe d’anonymat du don ne fait pas obstacle à l’accès de la personne majeure née d’une assistance médicale à la procréation avec tiers donneur, sur sa demande, à des données non identifiantes ou à l’identité du tiers donneur, dans les conditions prévues au chapitre III du titre IV du livre Ier de la deuxième partie du code de la santé publique.
