Article 1762 of the French General Tax Code

Any infringement of the provisions of Article L. 111 of the Book of Tax Procedures, relating to tax disclosure, is punishable by a fine equal to the amount of the taxes disclosed.

Toute infraction aux dispositions de l’article L. 111 du livre des procédures fiscales, relatif à la publicité de l’impôt, est punie d’une amende égale au montant des impôts divulgués.
