The outgoing farmer must also leave the year’s straw and fertiliser, if he received them when he took possession; and even if he did not receive them, the owner may retain them according to the valuation.

Le fermier sortant doit aussi laisser les pailles et engrais de l’année, s’il les a reçus lors de son entrée en jouissance ; et quand même il ne les aurait pas reçus, le propriétaire pourra les retenir suivant l’estimation.
