The person lodging the appeal provided for in Article 187-1 may request that it be examined directly by the Investigating Chamber. In this case, a decision is taken at the latest on the fifth working day following the request, based on the information in the file.

La personne qui forme le recours prévu par l’article 187-1 peut demander à ce qu’il soit directement examiné par la chambre de l’instruction. Il est alors statué au plus tard, au vu des éléments du dossier, le cinquième jour ouvrable suivant la demande.
