However, article 456, paragraph 3, is applicable to leases granted during indivision.

Le gérant exerce les pouvoirs qu’il tient de l’article précédent lors même qu’il existe un incapable parmi les indivisaires.

Néanmoins, l’article 456, alinéa 3, est applicable aux baux consentis au cours de l’indivision.
