Article 1942 of the French Civil Code

If the deposit contract designates the place in which restitution is to be made, the depositary is obliged to take the thing deposited there. If there are transport costs, they shall be borne by the depositor.

Si le contrat de dépôt désigne le lieu dans lequel la restitution doit être faite, le dépositaire est tenu d’y porter la chose déposée. S’il y a des frais de transport, ils sont à la charge du déposant.
