In the case of a co-production, investment approval may be requested by each of the production companies not designated as delegated production companies by the co-production contract until the cinematographic exhibition licence is issued. It is issued to each of the production companies party to the co-production contract that requests it.
En cas de coproduction, l’agrément des investissements peut être demandé par chacune des entreprises de production n’étant pas désignée comme entreprise de production déléguée par le contrat de coproduction jusqu’à la délivrance du visa d’exploitation cinématographique. Il est délivré à chacune des entreprises de production partie au contrat de coproduction qui en fait la demande.
