Article 211-47 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The investment approval decision, taking into account the information provided by the production companies, indicates:
1° The provisional classification of the cinematographic work as an original French-language work and as a European work. This classification is without prejudice to the definitive classification awarded by the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (ARCOM) under the conditions laid down inarticle 6-1 of decree no. 90-66 of 17 January 1990 laying down the general principles concerning the broadcasting of cinematographic and audiovisual works;
2° The provisional situation of the cinematographic work with regard to the number of points on the 100-point scale. This situation is without prejudice to the final situation established when the production licence is issued.

La décision d’agrément des investissements, compte tenu des renseignements fournis par les entreprises de production, indique :
1° La qualification provisoire de l’œuvre cinématographique comme œuvre d’expression originale française et comme œuvre européenne. Cette qualification est sans préjudice de la qualification définitive attribuée par l’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (ARCOM) dans les conditions prévues à l’article 6-1 du décret n° 90-66 du 17 janvier 1990 fixant les principes généraux concernant la diffusion des œuvres cinématographiques et audiovisuelles ;
2° La situation provisoire de l’œuvre cinématographique au regard du nombre de points sur le barème de 100 points. Cette situation est sans préjudice de la situation définitive constatée lors de la délivrance de l’agrément de production.
