When investment approval has been granted and sums have been invested by production companies for the production and, where applicable, the preparation of feature-length cinematographic works, production approval is required and constitutes the decision to allocate these sums on a permanent basis.

Lorsque l’agrément des investissements a été délivré et que des sommes ont été investies par les entreprises de production pour la production et, le cas échéant, pour la préparation des œuvres cinématographiques de longue durée, l’agrément de production est requis et constitue la décision d’attribution à titre définitif de ces sommes.
