Production approval can only be granted if, for the film in question, the delegated production company is up to date with its legal deposit obligations to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, in accordance with Title III of Book I of the Heritage Code.
L’agrément de production ne peut être délivré que si, pour l’œuvre cinématographique considérée, l’entreprise de production déléguée est à jour des obligations qui lui incombent au titre du dépôt légal au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, en vertu du titre III du livre Ier du code du patrimoine.
