Article 211-67 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

When production companies have an automatic cinema production account, they must either have exhausted their investment possibilities under this account, or have less than €800,000 in the account. In the latter case, production companies must invest the entire amount available in the account.

Lorsque les entreprises de production disposent d’un compte automatique production cinéma, elles doivent soit avoir épuisé leurs possibilités d’investissement au titre de ce compte, soit disposer sur celui-ci de sommes inférieures à 800 000 €. Dans ce dernier cas, les entreprises de production doivent investir l’intégralité des sommes disponibles sur ce compte.
