Article 211-71 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

For a single cinematographic work:
1° The amount invested by the production company under the automatic audiovisual production account may not exceed €500,000;
2° The total amount invested by the production company under the automatic audiovisual production account and under the automatic film production account may not exceed €800,000;
3° The combined amount invested by the production company under the automatic audiovisual production account and under the automatic film production account, and direct allocations, may not exceed €800,000.

Pour une même œuvre cinématographique :
1° Le montant des sommes investies par l’entreprise de production au titre du compte automatique production audiovisuelle ne peut excéder 500 000 € ;
2° Le montant total des sommes investies par l’entreprise de production au titre du compte automatique production audiovisuelle et au titre du compte automatique production cinéma ne peut excéder 800 000 € ;
3° Le montant cumulé des sommes investies par l’entreprise de production, au titre du compte automatique production audiovisuelle et au titre du compte automatique production cinéma, et des allocations directes ne peut excéder 800 000 €.
