Article 223-32 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Commission des aides à la distribution cinématographique may also be asked for its opinion:
1° When it appears that the distribution company has not fulfilled the commitments it made in the agreement. In this case, the Commission may, if it considers it necessary, propose to modify the amount of aid granted;
2° On the conditions under which the aid granted has been used by the distribution company as well as on the quality of the work carried out by it.

La commission des aides à la distribution cinématographique peut également être saisie pour avis :
1° Lorsqu’il apparaît que l’entreprise de distribution n’a pas respecté les engagements souscrits par elle dans la convention. Dans ce cas, la commission peut, si elle l’estime nécessaire, proposer de modifier le montant de l’aide accordée ;
2° Sur les conditions dans lesquelles l’aide attribuée a été employée par l’entreprise de distribution ainsi que sur la qualité du travail effectué par elle.
