The recordings and data collected during operations carried out pursuant to this chapter shall be destroyed, at the request of the public prosecutor or the public prosecutor’s office, on expiry of the limitation period for prosecution.
A record shall be drawn up of the destruction operation.
Les enregistrements et les données recueillis lors des opérations effectuées en application du présent chapitre sont détruits, à la diligence du procureur de la République ou du procureur général, à l’expiration du délai de prescription de l’action publique.
Il est dressé procès-verbal de l’opération de destruction.
