Article 231-32 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The aid is granted to operators of art house cinemas in operation at the time of notification of the decision to grant the aid.
In the event of a change of operator during the reference period or between this period and the date on which the decision to grant the aid is taken, the aid is paid to the new operator if the latter provides sufficient guarantees that the activities for which the aid was granted will continue.

Article 231-32

L’aide est attribuée aux exploitants d’établissements de spectacles cinématographiques d’art et d’essai en activité au moment de la notification de la décision d’attribution.
Dans le cas d’un changement d’exploitant pendant la période de référence ou entre cette période et la date à laquelle est décidée l’attribution de celle-ci, l’aide est versée au nouvel exploitant si celui-ci présente des garanties suffisantes quant à la poursuite des actions au titre desquelles elle a été attribuée.
