Article 231-37 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The beneficiaries of aid for difficult programming are operators of cinemas in operation at the time of notification of the decision to award the aid.
In the event of a change of operator during the period used as a reference for determining the aid or between this period and the date on which the decision to award the aid is taken, the aid is paid to the new operator if he provides sufficient guarantees that the actions for which the aid was awarded will continue.

Les bénéficiaires des aides à la programmation difficile sont des exploitants d’établissements de spectacles cinématographiques en activité au moment de la notification de la décision d’attribution.
Dans le cas d’un changement d’exploitant pendant la période servant de référence pour la détermination des aides ou entre cette période et la date à laquelle est décidée l’attribution de celles-ci, les aides sont versées au nouvel exploitant si celui-ci présente des garanties suffisantes quant à la poursuite des actions au titre desquelles elles ont été attribuées.
