The Selective Operating Aid Commission is made up of fifteen members appointed for a renewable term of three years:
1° A qualified public figure, chairman;
2° Three elected representatives of local and regional authorities;
3° A representative of the minister responsible for the budget;
4° A representative of the minister responsible for local and regional authorities;
5° A representative of the minister responsible for culture;
6° A representative of the administrative authority responsible for implementing State policy on sustainable development and regional cohesion;
7° A representative of regional cultural affairs departments;
8° A representative of the public limited company known as “Institut pour le financement du cinéma et des industries culturelles” (IFCIC);
9° A member of the IFCIC’s committee of professional experts on cinema exhibition, appointed by its chairman;
10° Two representatives of cinema exhibitors;
11° One representative of cinema distributors;
12° One representative of the association known as the “Association française des cinémas d’art et d’essai” (AFCAE).
