When a provisional registration of a judicial mortgage has been made, the provisions of articles 2429 to 2431 apply to the definitive registration and its renewal. The starting date for the time limits is the date of definitive registration or renewal.

Quand il a été pris inscription provisoire d’hypothèque judiciaire, les dispositions des articles 2429 à 2431 s’appliquent à l’inscription définitive et à son renouvellement. La date retenue pour point de départ des délais est celle de l’inscription définitive ou de son renouvellement.
