For the transactions mentioned in 1° of B of II of article 278 sexies, the applicable rate is that provided for in the table in the second paragraph of this article for the supply mentioned in A of II of article 278 sexies relating to the same category of housing.
By way of derogation from the first three paragraphs of article 278 sexies, the applicable rate is that provided for in the table in the second paragraph of this article for the supply mentioned in A of II of article 278 sexies relating to the same category of housing.
By way of derogation from the first three paragraphs of this article, the rate applicable to deliveries of the dwellings, land and premises mentioned in II to IV of the same article 278 sexies subsequent to the first delivery or self-delivery of these same dwellings, land and premises is that applicable to this first delivery or self-delivery.
