If any of the jurors present do not meet the legal aptitude conditions required by articles 255,256 and 257, the court shall order that their names be struck from the list and sent to the first president of the court of appeal or to the president of the judicial tribunal, seat of the assize court, for the purpose of removal from the annual list.
The same applies to the names of deceased jurors.
The names of jurors who turn out to be spouses, parents or allies up to and including the degree of uncle or nephew of a member of the court or of one of the jurors present entered before him on the said list shall also be struck from the session list.
