Article 292 of the French Code of civil procedure

If a technician is called in, he or she may be authorised by the judge to collect the contested document and the comparison documents against a signature or to have them sent to him or her by the court registrar.

S’il est fait appel à un technicien, celui-ci peut être autorisé par le juge à retirer contre émargement l’écrit contesté et les pièces de comparaison ou à se les faire adresser par le greffier de la juridiction.
