Article 292 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Any judgment modifying the composition of the session list drawn up in accordance with Article 266 shall be brought to the attention of the accused by the court clerk, without formality. The accused or his lawyer may request that a delay, which may not exceed one hour, be observed before the opening of the proceedings.

Tout arrêt modifiant la composition de la liste de session établie conformément à l’article 266 est porté, par les soins du greffier, sans formalité, à la connaissance de l’accusé. Celui-ci ou son avocat peut demander qu’un délai, qui ne pourra excéder une heure, soit observé avant l’ouverture des débats.
