The judge shall rule on the forgery unless he can rule without taking into account the document alleged to be forged.

If the document alleged to be false relates to only one of the counts of the claim, a ruling may be given on the others.

Le juge se prononce sur le faux à moins qu’il ne puisse statuer sans tenir compte de la pièce arguée de faux.

Si l’acte argué de faux n’est relatif qu’à l’un des chefs de la demande, il peut être statué sur les autres.
