Article 311-20 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

When the total amount of aid granted in application of this title for the production and preparation of an audiovisual work is equal to or greater than €50,000, its definitive award is subject to certification by an auditor of the definitive cost of the work, showing precisely the expenditure incurred in France and the means of financing it.

Lorsque le montant total des aides attribuées en application du présent titre pour la production et la préparation d’une œuvre audiovisuelle est supérieur ou égal à 50 000 €, leur attribution à titre définitif est subordonnée à la certification par un commissaire aux comptes du coût définitif de l’œuvre, faisant apparaître précisément les dépenses réalisées en France et les moyens de son financement.
