Article 311-30 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Where final authorisation is granted in the year following that in which the programme is first broadcast or first made available to the public on a television service or on-demand audiovisual media service, the publisher of which meets the conditions laid down in 1° or 2° of Article 311-8 and has contributed to the initial contribution mentioned in the same article, the work will be included on the list of reference works the year following that in which the final authorisation is issued.

Article 311-30

Lorsque l’autorisation définitive est délivrée l’année suivant celle de sa première diffusion ou de sa première mise à disposition du public sur un service de télévision ou sur un service de médias audiovisuels à la demande, dont l’éditeur répond aux conditions prévues au 1° ou au 2° de l’article 311-8 et a contribué à l’apport initial mentionné au même article, il est procédé à l’inscription de l’œuvre sur la liste des œuvres de référence l’année suivant celle de la délivrance de l’autorisation définitive.
