Article 311-33 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The application for registration must state the title, genre and duration of the work in question.
It must be accompanied by:
1° Either a broadcast certificate or a certificate of availability to the public, issued by the publisher of the service(s) concerned and stating the date of broadcast or availability to the public, the time of broadcast and the duration of the audiovisual work;
2° Or a duly completed and certified acceptance by the publisher of the service(s) concerned of the final version of the audiovisual work.

La demande d’inscription doit indiquer le titre, le genre et la durée de l’œuvre considérée.
Elle est accompagnée :
1° Soit d’un certificat de diffusion ou d’un certificat de mise à disposition du public, provenant de l’éditeur du ou des services concernés et indiquant la date de la diffusion ou de la mise à disposition du public, l’heure de la diffusion, ainsi que la durée de l’œuvre audiovisuelle ;
2° Soit d’une acceptation dûment renseignée et certifiée par l’éditeur du ou des services concernés de la version définitive de l’œuvre audiovisuelle.
