Article 311-67 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The maximum amount of advances that may be granted to a production company during a financial year is determined on the basis of the sum entered, at the beginning of the current year, in the audiovisual production automatic account of that company.
This amount is :

– €1,525,000 when the amount recorded in the automatic account is less than or equal to €1,525,000;
– equal to the amount recorded in the automatic account when this amount is greater than €1,525,000 and less than or equal to €3,810,000;
– €3,810,000 when the amount recorded in the automatic account is greater than €3,810,000.

Article 311-67

Le montant maximum des avances susceptibles d’être attribuées à une entreprise de production au cours d’un exercice annuel est déterminé en fonction de la somme inscrite, au début de l’année en cours, sur le compte automatique production audiovisuelle de cette entreprise.
Ce montant est :

– de 1 525 000 € lorsque la somme inscrite sur le compte automatique est inférieure ou égale à 1 525 000 € ;
– égal au montant de la somme inscrite sur le compte automatique lorsque cette somme est supérieure à 1 525 000 € et inférieure ou égale à 3 810 000 € ;
– de 3 810 000 € lorsque la somme inscrite sur le compte automatique est supérieure à 3 810 000 €.
