Article 321-35 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The beneficiary of aid for collective operations has a period of twelve months from the signing of the agreement to provide the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée with proof that the operation has been completed.
Exceptionally, and at the reasoned request of the beneficiary, the aforementioned period may be extended for a period not exceeding twelve months, by decision of the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article 321-35

Le bénéficiaire d’une aide aux opérations à caractère collectif dispose d’un délai de douze mois à compter de la signature de la convention pour remettre au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée les justificatifs de la réalisation de l’opération.
A titre exceptionnel, et sur demande motivée du bénéficiaire, le délai précité peut être prolongé d’une durée qui ne peut excéder douze mois, par décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
