The Commission is made up of two colleges sitting separately.
The first college comprises the Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and eight other members. It is responsible for examining applications for writing grants and pre-production grants.
The second college comprises the chairman, a vice-chairman and eight other members. It is responsible for examining applications for production aid and aid for collective operations.
