Article 322 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

If order is disturbed by the accused himself, the provisions of Article 321 shall be applied to him.

The accused, when expelled from the courtroom, shall be kept by the police, until the end of the proceedings at the disposal of the court; it shall, after each hearing, be carried out as stated in article 320, paragraph 2.

Article 322

Si l’ordre est troublé par l’accusé lui-même, il lui est fait application des dispositions de l’article 321.

L’accusé, lorsqu’il est expulsé de la salle d’audience, est gardé par la force publique, jusqu’à la fin des débats à la disposition de la cour ; il est, après chaque audience, procédé ainsi qu’il est dit à l’article 320, alinéa 2.
