Article 341 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In the course of or following the testimony, the president shall, if necessary, have the exhibits presented to the accused or to the witnesses and shall receive their observations.

The president shall also have them presented, if necessary, to the assessors and jurors.

Dans le cours ou à la suite des dépositions, le président fait, s’il est nécessaire, présenter à l’accusé ou aux témoins les pièces à conviction et reçoit leurs observations.

Le président les fait aussi présenter, s’il y a lieu, aux assesseurs et aux jurés.
