When he entrusts a minor to a service mentioned in the first paragraph, he may authorise the latter to provide him with exceptional or periodic accommodation provided that this service is specifically authorised for this purpose. Each time it accommodates the minor under this authorisation, the service must inform the parents or legal representatives without delay, as well as the juvenile court judge and the president of the departmental council. The judge may also make the child’s continued residence subject to specific obligations, such as regular attendance at an ordinary or specialised health or educational establishment, where applicable on a boarding basis, or the exercise of a professional activity.
