Article 439 of the French Code of civil procedure

People attending the hearing must observe a dignified attitude and maintain the respect due to justice. It is forbidden for them to speak without having been invited to do so, to give signs of approval or disapproval, or to cause disorder of any kind.

The Chairman may have any person expelled who fails to comply with his injunctions, without prejudice to any criminal or disciplinary proceedings that may be brought against him.

Les personnes qui assistent à l’audience doivent observer une attitude digne et garder le respect dû à la justice. Il leur est interdit de parler sans y avoir été invitées, de donner des signes d’approbation ou de désapprobation, ou de causer du désordre de quelque nature que ce soit.

Le président peut faire expulser toute personne qui n’obtempère pas à ses injonctions, sans préjudice des poursuites pénales ou disciplinaires qui pourraient être exercées contre elle.
