Article 450 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The witness who has taken the oath is not required to renew it, if he is heard a second time during the proceedings.

The president will remind him, if necessary, of the oath he has taken.

Le témoin qui a prêté le serment n’est pas tenu de le renouveler, s’il est entendu une seconde fois au cours des débats.

Le président lui rappellera, s’il y a lieu, le serment qu’il a prêté.
