Article 465 of the French Code of civil procedure

Each of the parties shall have the option of having a copy of the judgment, bearing the executory formula, delivered to him.

If there is a legitimate reason, a second copy, bearing this formula, may be issued to the same party by the registrar of the court that handed down the judgment. In the event of difficulty, the president of that court shall rule by order on motion.

Article 465

Chacune des parties a la faculté de se faire délivrer une expédition revêtue de la formule exécutoire.

S’il y a un motif légitime, une seconde expédition, revêtue de cette formule, peut être délivrée à la même partie par le greffier de la juridiction qui a rendu le jugement. En cas de difficulté, le président de cette juridiction statue par ordonnance sur requête.
