Article 466 of the French General Tax Code

With the exception of table grapes, fresh grape harvests are subject to the obligations laid down in Articles 8 to 10 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/273 of 11 December 2017 and are liable to the same duties as wines at the rate of one hectolitre of wine per 130 litres or 130 kilograms of grape harvest.

A l’exception des raisins de table, les vendanges fraîches sont soumises aux obligations prévues aux articles 8 à 10 du règlement délégué (UE) 2018/273 de la Commission du 11 décembre 2017 et sont passibles des mêmes droits que les vins à raison d’un hectolitre de vin pour 130 litres ou 130 kilogrammes de vendanges.
