The certificate, or the decision relating to the application for recognition or declaration of enforceability, shall be delivered to the applicant against a certificate or receipt, or shall be notified to the applicant by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The duplicate of the application and the certificate or decision shall be kept at the registry.
The certificate issued pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 606/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on the mutual recognition of protection measures in civil matters is also notified by the registry to the person at the origin of the risk incurred.
The decision establishing enforceability provided for in Article 48 of Regulation (EU) No 650/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of decisions and the acceptance and enforcement of authentic instruments in matters of succession and the creation of a European Certificate of Succession shall be notified by the Registry to the party against whom enforcement is sought. The same applies to decisions establishing enforceability provided for in Articles 47 of Council Regulations (EU) No 2016/1103 and No 2016/1104 of 24 June 2016 implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial property regimes and in the property effects of registered partnerships.
