When his assignment ends for any reason whatsoever, the tutor shall draw up a management account of the operations that have taken place since the last account was drawn up and submit it for the verification and approval provided for in the articles 511 to 513-1.
In addition, within three months of the end of his assignment, the tutor or his heirs if he is deceased shall provide a copy of the last five management accounts and the account mentioned in the first paragraph of this article, as applicable, to the person who has become capable if he has not already received them, to the person newly entrusted with the management measure or to the heirs of the protected person.
The preceding paragraphs do not apply in the case provided for in article 513.
In all cases, the tutor hands over to the persons mentioned in the second paragraph of this article the documents necessary to continue the management or ensure the liquidation of the estate, as well as the initial inventory and any updates to which it has given rise.
