Article 515-6 of the French Civil Code

The provisions of articles 831,831-2, 832-3 and 832-4 are applicable between partners in a civil solidarity pact in the event of its dissolution.

The provisions of the first paragraph of Article 831-3 are applicable to the surviving partner where the deceased has expressly so provided by will.

Where the civil solidarity pact is terminated by the death of one of the partners, the survivor may avail himself of the provisions of the first two paragraphs of article 763.

Les dispositions des articles 831,831-2, 832-3 et 832-4 sont applicables entre partenaires d’un pacte civil de solidarité en cas de dissolution de celui-ci.

Les dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article 831-3 sont applicables au partenaire survivant lorsque le défunt l’a expressément prévu par testament.

Lorsque le pacte civil de solidarité prend fin par le décès d’un des partenaires, le survivant peut se prévaloir des dispositions des deux premiers alinéas de l’article 763.
