Article 627-15 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Any person detained on the territory of the Republic may, if he or she consents, be transferred to the International Criminal Court for the purposes of identification or hearing or for the performance of any other investigative act. The transfer is authorised by the Minister of Justice.

Toute personne détenue sur le territoire de la République peut, si elle y consent, être transférée à la Cour pénale internationale à des fins d’identification ou d’audition ou pour l’accomplissement de tout autre acte d’instruction. Le transfert est autorisé par le ministre de la justice.
