Article 632-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Feasibility grants are awarded to companies that develop or make available technical resources for the creation, manufacture, production, distribution or conservation of cinematographic works, audiovisual works or video games.

The beneficiary companies are responsible for the technical aspects of the project.

Les aides à la faisabilité sont attribuées aux entreprises qui développent ou mettent à disposition des moyens techniques au bénéfice de la création, la fabrication, la production, la diffusion ou la conservation des œuvres cinématographiques, des œuvres audiovisuelles ou des jeux vidéo.

Les entreprises bénéficiaires assurent matériellement la réalisation technique du projet.
