Article 672 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Any application for the first president of the court of appeal to be disqualified must be the subject of a request addressed to the first president of the Court of Cassation who, after obtaining the opinion of the public prosecutor at the said court, shall decide by an order, which shall not be subject to any appeal. The provisions of Article 670 shall apply.

Toute demande de récusation visant le premier président de la cour d’appel doit faire l’objet d’une requête adressée au premier président de la Cour de cassation qui, après avis du procureur général près ladite cour, statue par une ordonnance, laquelle n’est susceptible d’aucune voie de recours. Les dispositions de l’article 670 sont applicables.
