The application for transit authorisation and the information provided for in Article 695-48 shall be sent to the Minister of Justice by any means that allows a written record to be kept. The Minister of Justice will make known his decision in the same way.

La demande d’autorisation de transit ainsi que les renseignements prévus à l’article 695-48 sont transmis au ministre de la justice par tout moyen permettant d’en conserver une trace écrite. Celui-ci fait connaître sa décision par le même procédé.
